Booking a transport

How do I book a transport?You may book directly using our booking form.

What is the recommended timing for making the booking?You have the flexibility to make a booking at any time prior to the pick-up date. Nevertheless, to guarantee the availability of transportation, we recommend scheduling your reservation at least 24 hours in advance of your intended travel.
Are the rates charged per vehicle or per person?Our transportation charges are based on a per-vehicle basis rather than per passenger.

What are the payment methods?Payment can be made in cash directly to the driver in Singapore Dollars. Please note that we do not accept credit card payments.
Is it possible to book transportation with multiple pick up or drop off points?Certainly, please be aware that each additional pick-up or drop-off will incur an additional fee of SGD 10.
Is it possible to make changes to my booking after confirmation?You have the option to change your booking up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date. However, please note that the acceptance of the revision is subject to the driver’s availability.
Do you require a booking deposit or any payment as confirmation of the booking?No, we do not require a booking deposit or any payment to confirm the booking. You can make the full payment directly to the driver during the pick-up.

Travelling with us

When can I expect to receive the driver and booking information?You can expect to receive the driver’s details via WhatsApp or Wechat by 9:00pm on the evening before your travel date.
How do I find the driver at the airport?The driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall, holding a sign with your name on it. Additionally, the driver has your information and may reach out to you if necessary.
What is the duration of the transfer from Singapore to Johor Bahru (JB)?The travel time from Singapore to Johor Bahru (JB) is typically around 2 hours, but this can vary depending on the prevailing traffic conditions.
Will there be an additional charge if my flight is delayed?
If you provide us with your flight information during the booking process, we typically do not impose a surcharge for flight delays. This allows us to track your flight schedule and estimate your arrival time accurately.
Do you only offer transfers from Singapore to Johor Bahru?
We provide transfer services from Singapore to various destinations in Malaysia, not just limited to Johor Bahru. You can check our website for a list of all available destinations.
Are there any hidden or extra charges?
All rates are clearly stated on our website. Unless you request a change in destination during the travel, there won’t be any additional charges once your booking is confirmed.
What types of transport models do you offer?We offer transportation options such as the Toyota Innova, Toyota Alphard, and Hyundai Starex. Each model has different rates, which can be found on our website’s price list table. For more details, feel free to contact us.
What is your cancellation policy? We do not impose any cancellation fees, but we kindly request that you inform us of any cancellations at least 48 hours before your scheduled travel date.
When crossing borders between Singapore and Malaysia, do passengers need to exit the private car? No, passengers are not required to exit the vehicle during the entire journey across the borders.
Can we eat or drink in the car during the journey? Yes, you are allowed to eat and drink in the car. However, we kindly ask that you keep the car clean at all times.
Are passengers covered by insurance? Yes, all passengers are covered by vehicle insurance for their safety and protection.
